Functional movement of the week(HIIT Leg BurneršŸ”„ Circuit)

Hey Everyone Here’s a quick leg circuit to really get those legs burning. The benefits, you will burn fat and build muscle, increase performance, increase in heat rate and blood flow. Always stay functional and remember to GET UP AND MOVE!!!

  1. Jumping Jacks
  2. Frog jacks
  3. High Knees
  4. Squat Jumps

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, rest 10-20 seconds in between each round, and repeat 2-4 times.
