Functional movements of the week(Leg day)

Hey, what’s going everyone?

Functional movements of the week. We are starting the week off with leg day. A few different squat variations, targeting different muscles in the lower half.

  1. Dumbbell Squats
  2. Goblet squats
  3. Somo Squats
  4. Romanian deadlifts
  5. Butt kick holds for 30 seconds each side

Perform all the way through. 3 rounds of 10 reps with a rest of 30-45 seconds.
