Shake & Salad Prep

So I get asked a lot what do I eat. Living an on the go lifestyle can be very inconvenient. Due to such a busy life, it makes it hard to not only my get meals in, but the proper meals.

I love breakfast❤️. Breakfast growing up was always the most important meal of the day. There are many benefits to breakfast. Your refueling your body after it digested all that you ate the day before. You receive an energy boost, excellent for waking up, and if you struggle with breakfast. A smoothie is quick to make and it leaves you feeling full and satisfied.

What I like to do is cut up my fruit and portion it. So here are a couple of bags 1/3 cup strawberries, 1/3 cup of blueberries, 1/3 cup of raspberries. Excellent source of fiber and filled with antioxidants. This makes it easier for me to add to my smoothie or oatmeal.

I also enjoy salads. There easy to make, easy to pack with nutrients, filling, and very good for the body. Since my schedule changes, I don’t always have time eat, and also don’t want to spend over $10 on food if I’m out( that adds up). So what I started to do was salad prep. And this salad will be my meals/lunch.


  1. Kale
  2. Spinach
  3. Cucumbers
  4. Carrots
  5. Tomatoes
  6. Flaxseeds

I add flaxseeds for extra protein and omega fatty acids. I keep it looking kind of boring, just Incase I want to add some chicken or shrimp to it. This helps me a lot throughout my week.
