I created a recipe under 500 calories, high in protein, fiber, and antioxidants.
Excellent for breakfast, mid-day snack, pre/post workout.
- 1/2 cup Naked Berry Blast
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of kale
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1/3 cup of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries.
- 5 tbsp hemp seed
- 2 tbsp of flaxseeds
Less than 500 calories over 20g of proteins.
