Green Berry Smoothie

Hey everyone,

I created a recipe under 500 calories, high in protein, fiber, and antioxidants.

Excellent for breakfast, mid-day snack, pre/post workout.

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup Naked Berry Blast
  2. 1 cup of water
  3. 1 cup of kale
  4. 1 cup of spinach
  5. 1/3 cup of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries.
  6. 5 tbsp hemp seed
  7. 2 tbsp of flaxseeds

Less than 500 calories over 20g of proteins.

Pardon I spelled raspberries wrong in the video lol
