30 seconds duration time rest 10 seconds repeat 2-4x

1️⃣ traveling squats

2️⃣Plank rows

3️⃣knee taps

4️⃣Jump Squats w/ side taps

5️⃣Tricep kickbacks

6️⃣Ab Shoulder press

7️⃣Plank toe taps

Finish off with the worlds greatest

stretch.
