Here is one of the meals that I eat on my journey to reach ketosis. Cheesy bacon ranch casseroles. Low in carbs, high in fats and protein. An excellent meal to eat to reach ketosis. The amount of cheese that’s in this alone is high in fats. Everyone loves cheese, so this is a happy meal.
•chicken(amount optional, cooked, I used 3 tenderloins)
•Mozzarella cheese and American cheese(I used mozzarella and a four cheese blend)
•Bacon(I used 3 strips and cut them up)
•Black pepper season
•garlic & sea salt
•preheat oven to 375 degrees
•mix 1 cup of American cheese, with 1 cup of frozen spinach, chopped bacon, chopped chicken, 1/2 cup of ranch, 1tbsp of black pepper, garlic & sea salt, and onion powder in a big bowl.
•place in the oven for 15min
•add 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
One serving is estimated around 330 calories, 22g of fat, 2g of carbs, 0.4g of sugar, 30g of protein.
Easy and quick to make. Great for lunch, dinner, or a snack. Tasteful, filling, and leaves you satisfied.
